| This is the group paying homage to Charlie from Stephen Chbosky's Perks of Being a Wallflower. This is how it works: 1. You join us! 2. You send us a note telling us about yourself and what kind of person you'd like to talk to. 3. You wait a little bit. 4.We hook you up with someone to write. 5. You write a letter. 6.You send it. 7.Repeat step 3. 8.You read the letter you were sent. 9.You reply! It's THAT simple. Other things we've thrown into a list: 1.) If someone we sent you makes you feel uncomfortable, tell someone! 2.)You and your pal can talk about anything but please remember not to get too personal. 3.) If you've read Perks of Being a Wallflower, you'd know that Charlie's letters weren't always about huge eventful things but you still got a connection with him. It's about sharing, whatever you want. Whether it's discussing politics, sports, your past. 4.) We are here for you to talk to. If we can't pair you up, you can feel free to send a letter to one of us. 5.) We are here to make the mail-men and women of this world's jobs worth working! Please note that if you send your Wallflower Buddy an item such as art, books or other gifts, we are not responsible for your not getting that item back. The possibilities are endless! You could send your fellow Wallflower a letter, a book to read, a mix-tape, a picture, a film or anything! You may submit letters into the galleries. We have a few that are not relevant to the project. Maybe you'd like to show off a love letter you wrote or the gift your Wallflower Buddy sent you? |
